Policies

A debit/credit card is required on file to make an appointment. All appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a 50% Cancellation fee charged to the card provided. Any changes/add-ons to your appointment must be done 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals will result in the loss of that time on your service. There is no cell-phone use allowed inside the studio. All massage services are therapeutic, non-sexual services. Any violation of the respect of this therapeutic relationship in any inappropriate manner will immediately result in the end of your service, full payment, as well as charges pressed to the fullest extent of the law. All calls/messages are answered within hours of operation.
